I had a decent stay at The Soluna Hotel. The staff were friendly, and my room was comfortable and clean. However, the breakfast was quite disappointing, and I noticed some maintenance issues that detracted from the overall experience.

My king room was spacious with a comfy bed and a clean bathroom. I appreciated the refrigerator for my snacks. However, I did wish for a better selection of pillows and more power outlets.
Service

The front desk staff were genuinely nice and helpful, but I encountered a little rudeness when asking for replacements for some dirty towels. which was unfortunate.

The hotel is conveniently located off I-10, making it easy to get back on the road. It’s close to some good restaurants, which is a plus when you're hungry after a long drive.
Dining

Breakfast was lacking variety, consisting mainly of bread, cereals, and coffee. I really missed having some heartier options like eggs or bacon.
Facilities

The pool was nice and inviting, though the hot tub was out of service. I did find the aesthetics a bit off with some chipped areas and a cracked elevator panel.

7.4/10

I had a decent stay at The Soluna Hotel, especially given the competitive pricing. The location was pretty convenient, close to attractions and the airport, which was a plus. However, I did encounter a few issues, like the creaky floors and outdated decor, and the stay could've been more pleasant if our TV had worked during the weekend.

Rooms

The queen room with two beds was clean and comfortable, but the floors creaked quite a bit whenever someone walked around. I finally figured out that the TV wasn't working due to some cable company issues, which was pretty disappointing during our stay.
Service

The staff was generally friendly, although I did have a rough experience with one night front desk person who was a bit rude. That really affected our overall service experience.
Location

The hotel was strategically located, making it easy to access nearby attractions and the airport. That definitely saved me a lot of travel time.

The pool was nice to relax by, but the hot tub wasn't working during my stay. Overall, the facilities were clean and comfortable, but they could use some updates.

6.6/10

My stay at The Soluna Hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the price was reasonable, though I did have a few minor issues. While the pool was nice, the hot tub was not operational, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, I found it was quite noisy on the second floor, so I would recommend booking a room on the third floor for a quieter experience.

The king room was spacious and clean, featuring a comfy bed and a hot shower. However, the pillows were too firm for my liking, and there was only one power outlet by the bedside.
Service

The customer service could improve, as I encountered a rude front desk staff member during my stay.

The location was very convenient, close to I-10 and surrounded by good restaurants, making it easy to grab a bite before hitting the road.

The pool was a nice touch, but it would have been better if the hot tub had been in working condition. Other than that, the hotel facilities seemed adequate.

I had a pretty decent stay at The Soluna Hotel. The staff was super friendly and made check-in easy, but I did have a couple of hiccups during my visit. The hot tub was out of service, and the room floors creaked quite a bit. Overall, it was a good value in El Paso, and the clean facilities made up for the minor issues.

The King Room I stayed in was spacious and featured a comfy bed. The decor felt a bit dated, and I noticed chipped tub and cracked elevator panels, which could use some love. Also, the flooring was noisy since I was on the second floor. But hey, it was clean and had nice cotton sheets.
Service
8.0
The staff was really friendly and efficient, and that made my stay more pleasant. I did have a little mix-up when a worker came into my room thinking it was vacant, but they were super apologetic, so it didn’t bother me much.
Location

The hotel's location was pretty convenient. It was close to the airport and in a good spot near restaurants and attractions, which made getting around really easy for me.
Dining

Although I didn't get a chance to check out the breakfast, I did hear that they had a waffle iron available, which the kids would totally love. Plus, the dining options nearby included Mediterranean food, which caught my interest.
Facilities

The facilities were nice overall. The pool was a great spot to relax, even though the hot tub was out of order during my stay. It would’ve been nice to have a freezer compartment in the fridge, but the room was comfortable and clean.

I had a mixed stay at The Soluna Hotel. The friendly staff and convenient location were definite highlights, but I encountered some noise issues from the room above me and the breakfast could've been better stocked. Overall, it's not a bad spot if you're just looking for a place to crash. I’d recommend opting for a third-floor room to minimize noise disturbances.

Rooms
5.0
My room was decent, but the floors creaked quite a bit. I could hear my neighbors walking around, which was a bit annoying. I think next time I’ll definitely aim for a third-floor room.
Service

The staff were really friendly, but I did have a rough interaction when asking for clean towels. It felt a little rude, but overall they were helpful.
Location

The hotel is perfectly located close to the airport and lots of good restaurants, which made it super convenient for my trip.
Dining

Breakfast wasn't the greatest. I arrived late, and many items were gone. The waffles were okay, but the rest was just bland and not exciting.
Facilities

The pool area was nice, which I enjoyed. However, the hot tub wasn’t working. It’s a basic setup but sufficient for a short stay.
